Ordering from Hats Etc.

We have put an order form on our website to enable our customers to conveniently place
orders online. However, if you would lilke an initial discussion about your millinery requirements
before placing an order, please get in touch with us by email at info@hats-etc.com leaving
a contact number and a convenient time so we can call you back.

Before you place your online order you will need to make a note of some details about the
hat you wish to order:

• hat code - you will find this to the right of the picture of the hat you wish to purchase
  
  
• colour name - our colour palette shows you the full range of colours we offer.
  If you don’t find a colour to match the outfit you are planning to wear, we may ask you
  to email us a photograph of the outfit to help us offer advice and create the best hat
  for your event.
  

Once you have placed your order online:

• we will email you an invoice with full payment details including shipping and packing.
  
  
• payments can be made to PayPal, enabling you to use any credit or debit card.
  
  
• once full payment is received your hat will be made to order with a delivery time of
  5-6 weeks. If required, we will rush an order through at an additional cost to ensure
  you have your hat in time. As all our hats are handmade they will be carefully packed
  and shipped in a box by courier to ensure they arrive safely no matter where in the
  world you are. We will confirm shipping costs prior to an order being paid for to get
  your confirmation.

Cancellations
Please note, if you decide to cancel your order for any reason once the order has been placed
and the deposit is paid we will retain the full amount of the deposit to cover the costs incurred
by us in making the hat to your specification.
